Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 s 34
The Council, the private sector and non-governmental organization shall take appropriate measures to encourage and promote the provision of a range of in-home, residential and other community support services to prevent isolation or segregation of persons with disabilities from the community.
Perkhidmatan di rumah, kediaman dan sokongan komuniti lain
Majlis, sektor swasta dan pertubuhan bukan kerajaan hendaklah mengambil langkah yang sesuai untuk menggalakkan penyediaan rangkaian perkhidmatan di rumah, kediaman dan sokongan komuniti lain untuk mengelakkan pengasingan atau pemisahan orang kurang upaya daripada komuniti.
