Geologists Act 2008 s 34
There shall be removed from the Register the name and other particulars of— (a) any registered geologist or registered practitioner who has died; (b) any registered geologist or registered practitioner who has failed to renew his registration within one month of the expiry of the registration; or (c) any registered geologist or registered practitioner whose registration has been revoked.
Pemotongan daripada Daftar
Maka hendaklah dipotong daripada Daftar nama dan butirbutir lain— (a) mana-mana ahli geologi berdaftar atau pengamal berdaftar yang telah meninggal dunia; (b) mana-mana ahli geologi berdaftar atau pengamal berdaftar yang tidak membaharui pendaftarannya dalam masa satu bulan dari tarikh tamat tempoh pendaftarannya; atau (c) mana-mana ahli geologi berdaftar atau pengamal berdaftar yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan.
