National Kenaf and Tobacco Board Act 2009 s 16
(1) The Board shall furnish to the Minister, and any public authority as may be specified by the Minister, such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property and activities as the Minister may from time to time require or direct. (2) The returns, reports, accounts and information shall be in such form and shall contain such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board as the Minister may specify.
Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat
(1) Lembaga hendaklah memberi Menteri, dan mana-mana pihak berkuasa awam sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri, apa-apa penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan harta dan aktivitinya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki atau diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. (2) Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat itu hendaklah dalam apa-apa bentuk dan hendaklah mengandungi apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan prosiding dan dasar Lembaga sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
