Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 11

s 11 Duties of officers of the Commission

(1) It shall be the duty of the Chief Commissioner and the officers of the Commission to carry out their functions as specified in section 7. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall make an annual report on the activities of the Commission to the Special Committee on Corruption.

Kewajipan pegawai Suruhanjaya

(1) Menjadi kewajipan Ketua Pesuruhjaya dan pegawai Suruhanjaya untuk menjalankan fungsi mereka sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam seksyen 7. (2) Ketua Pesuruhjaya hendaklah membuat laporan tahunan tentang kegiatan Suruhanjaya kepada Jawatankuasa Khas mengenai Rasuah.
