Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 15
s 15 Complaints Committee
(1) There shall be a complaints committee which shall have the following functions:
(a) to monitor the handling by the Commission of complaints of misconduct which is non-criminal in nature against officers of the Commission; and
(b) to identify any weaknesses in the work procedures of the Commission which might lead to complaints and where it considers appropriate to make such recommendations as to the work procedures of the Commission as it deems fit.
(2) The Minister shall appoint not more than five persons, whom he deems fit and proper, to be members of the Complaints Committee.

Jawatankuasa Aduan
(1) Hendaklah ada suatu jawatankuasa aduan yang hendaklah mempunyai fungsi yang berikut:
(a) untuk memantau pengendalian oleh Suruhanjaya aduan mengenai salah laku yang tidak bersifat jenayah terhadap pegawai Suruhanjaya; dan
(b) untuk mengenal pasti apa-apa kelemahan dalam tatacara kerja Suruhanjaya yang mungkin menimbulkan aduan dan jika difikirkannya sesuai untuk membuat apa-apa syor tentang tatacara kerja Suruhanjaya sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
(2) Menteri boleh melantik tidak lebih daripada lima orang, yang difikirkannya patut dan sesuai, untuk menjadi anggota Jawatankuasa Aduan.
