Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 9
Every officer of the Commission shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be always on duty when required to perform his duties or functions and may perform the duties or functions and exercise the powers conferred on him under this Act or under any other written law at any place within or outside Malaysia.
Pegawai disifatkan sentiasa bertugas
Tiap-tiap pegawai Suruhanjaya hendaklah, bagi maksud Akta ini, disifatkan sentiasa bertugas apabila dikehendaki melaksanakan kewajipan atau fungsinya dan boleh melaksanakan kewajipan atau fungsi itu dan menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini atau di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain di mana-mana tempat di dalam atau di luar Malaysia.
