Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 s 49
The Bank, with the approval of the Minister on the recommendation of the Board, may establish funds to provide financing through financial institutions on such terms and conditions as the Bank thinks necessary— (a) in the event of any exigent circumstances or force majeure; and (b) to any segment of the economy for the purposes of promoting financial inclusion.
Pembiayaan bagi maksud khas
Bank, dengan kelulusan Menteri atas syor Lembaga, boleh mengadakan dana untuk menyediakan pembiayaan melalui institusi- institusi kewangan atas apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan perlu oleh Bank— (a) dalam hal apa-apa hal keadaan genting atau force majeure; dan (b) kepada mana-mana bahagian ekonomi bagi maksud untuk menggalakkan rangkuman kewangan.
