Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 159

s 159 Obligations of and in relation to officers of a self-regulatory organisation

A self-regulatory organisation shall notify the Authority, in the manner specified by the Authority, as soon as practicable before or after a person is appointed as an officer of the selfregulatory organisation.

Obligasi pegawai dan obligasi yang berhubungan dengan pegawai organisasi kawal selia sendiri

Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri hendaklah memberitahu Lembaga, mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan sebelum atau selepas seseorang dilantik sebagai pegawai organisasi kawal selia sendiri itu.
