Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 43
Every contract of employment to which section 41 or 42 applies shall continue in force on or after the date of registration as if the Labuan limited liability partnership were the employer thereunder instead of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company, as the case may be.
Penerusan pekerjaan
Tiap-tiap kontrak pekerjaan yang baginya seksyen 41 atau 42 terpakai hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa pada atau selepas tarikh pendaftaran seolah-olah perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan merupakan majikan di bawah kontrak pekerjaan itu dan bukannya perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
