Sections 58β59 were repealed by later amendments.
s 10 Provision of technical assistance
(1) No person shall provide any technical assistance within or outside Malaysia if such technical assistance is intended for use in connection with a restricted activity.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction β
(a) where death is the result of the act, be punished with death or imprisonment for a term of not less than thirty years but not exceeding forty years, and in the case of a body corporate, be punished with a minimum fine of thirty million ringgit; or
(b) in any other case, be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or with a fine not exceeding ten million ringgit or with both, and in the case of a body corporate, be punished with a fine not exceeding twenty million ringgit.

Pemberian bantuan teknikal
(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh memberikan apa-apa bantuan teknikal di dalam atau di luar Malaysia jika bantuan teknikal sedemikian diniatkan untuk digunakan berkaitan dengan suatu aktiviti terhad.
(2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan hendaklah, apabila disabitkanβ
(a) jika kematian adalah hasil perbuatan itu, dihukum dengan hukuman mati atau pemenjaraan selama hayat, dan dalam hal suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, dihukum dengan denda minimum sebanyak tiga puluh juta ringgit; atau
(b) dalam apa-apa hal lain, dihukum dengan pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak kurang daripada sepuluh tahun atau dengan denda tidak kurang daripada sepuluh juta ringgit atau dengan kedua-duanya, dan dalam hal suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, dihukum dengan denda minimum sebanyak dua puluh juta ringgit.
