Strategic Trade Act 2010 s 47

Sections 58–59 were repealed by later amendments.

s 47 Exemption

The Minister may, by regulations, exempt— (a) any person or class of persons; or (b) any activity in respect of any items of a specified nature or description, from any provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.

Pengecualian

Menteri boleh, melalui peraturan-peraturan, mengecualikan— (a) mana-mana orang atau kelas orang; atau (b) mana-mana aktiviti berkenaan dengan mana-mana barang daripada jenis atau perihalan yang dinyatakan, daripada mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini, tertakluk kepada apaapa syarat yang ditetapkan.
