s 51 Notice for disclosure of information
(1) The Controller or the relevant Authority may send a notice to any person whom the Controller or the relevant Authority believes on reasonable grounds has information or documents relevant to the enforcement of this Act relating to strategic items, unlisted items or restricted activities, requesting the person to provide the information or documents to the Controller or the relevant Authority.
(2) A person who receives a notice referred to in subsection (1) shall provide the requested information and documents to the Controller or the relevant Authority in the prescribed form and within the time specified in the notice.
(3) A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or with both.

Notis bagi penzahiran maklumat
(1) Pengawal atau Pihak Berkuasa yang berkenaan boleh menghantar notis kepada mana-mana orang yang Pengawal atau Pihak Berkuasa yang berkenaan mempercayai atas alasan munasabah mempunyai maklumat atau dokumen yang relevan dengan penguatkuasaan Akta ini berhubungan dengan barang strategik, barang tidak tersenarai atau aktiviti terhad, untuk meminta orang itu mengemukakan maklumat atau dokumen itu kepada Pengawal atau Pihak Berkuasa yang berkenaan.
(2) Seseorang yang menerima suatu notis yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah mengemukakan maklumat dan dokumen yang diminta kepada Pengawal atau Pihak Berkuasa yang berkenaan dalam bentuk yang ditetapkan dan dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu.
(3) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (2) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan hendaklah, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu juta ringgit atau pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau dengan kedua-duanya.
