Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 87
A member of the Appeal Tribunal appointed under subsection 85(1) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked— (a) hold office for a term not exceeding three years; and (b) shall be eligible for reappointment upon the expiry of his term of office, but shall not be appointed for more than two consecutive terms.
Tempoh jawatan
Seseorang anggota Tribunal Rayuan yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 85(1) hendaklah, melainkan jika dia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatannya atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu— (a) memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun; dan (b) adalah layak untuk dilantik semula selepas habis tempoh jawatannya, tetapi tidak boleh dilantik bagi lebih daripada dua tempoh berturut-turut.
