Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 88
(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of a member of the Appeal Tribunal and shall state the reason for such revocation. (2) A member of the Appeal Tribunal appointed under subsection 85(1) may at any time resign from his office by giving a written notice addressed to the Minister fourteen days prior to the intended date of resignation.
Peletakan jawatan dan pembatalan jawatan
(1) Menteri boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan pelantikan seseorang anggota Tribunal Rayuan dan hendaklah menyatakan sebab bagi pembatalan itu. (2) Seseorang anggota Tribunal Rayuan yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 85(1) boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan suatu notis bertulis yang ditujukan kepada Menteri empat belas hari sebelum tarikh peletakan jawatan yang diniatkan itu.
