s 32 Inspection of data system
(1) The Registrar may carry out an inspection of any data system used by credit reporting agencies for the purpose of ascertaining information to assist the Registrar in making recommendations to the relevant credit reporting agency relating to the promotion of compliance with the provisions of this Act by the relevant credit reporting agency.
(2) For the purposes of this sectionβ
βcredit reporting agencyβ includes a credit information processor;
βdata systemβ means any system, whether automated or otherwise, which is used, whether in whole or in part, by a credit reporting agency for the processing of credit information, and includes any document and equipment forming part of the system.

Pemeriksaan sistem data
(1) Pendaftar boleh menjalankan suatu pemeriksaan terhadap mana-mana sistem data yang digunakan oleh agensi pelaporan kredit bagi maksud memastikan maklumat untuk membantu Pendaftar membuat syor kepada agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan berhubung dengan penggalakan pematuhan peruntukan Akta ini oleh agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan itu.
(2) Bagi maksud seksyen iniβ
βagensi pelaporan kreditβ termasuklah pemproses maklumat kredit;
βsistem dataβ ertinya apa-apa sistem, sama ada berautomasi atau selainnya, yang digunakan, sama ada keseluruhan atau sebahagiannya, oleh agensi pelaporan kredit bagi pemprosesan maklumat kredit, dan termasuklah apa-apa dokumen dan kelengkapan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada sistem itu.
