s 34 Reports by Registrar
(1) The Registrar may, after completing the inspection of any data system used by a credit reporting agency, publish a report—
(a) setting out any recommendations arising from the inspection that the Registrar thinks fit to make relating to the promotion of compliance with the provisions of this Act by the relevant credit reporting agency; and
(b) in such manner as he thinks fit.
(2) A report published under subsection (1) shall be so framed as to prevent the identity of any individual being ascertained from it.

Laporan oleh Pendaftar
(1) Pendaftar boleh, selepas menyelesaikan pemeriksaan terhadap mana-mana sistem data yang digunakan oleh suatu agensi pelaporan kredit, menyiarkan suatu laporan—
(a) yang menghuraikan apa-apa syor yang berbangkit daripada pemeriksaan itu yang difikirkan oleh Pendaftar patut dibuat berhubung dengan penggalakan pematuhan peruntukan Akta ini oleh agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan itu; dan
(b) mengikut apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya patut.
(2) Suatu laporan yang disiarkan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat dengan sebegitu cara supaya menghalang identiti mana-mana individu ditentukan daripadanya.
