Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 s 35

s 35 Complaint

Any person or relevant person may make a complaint in writing to the Registrar about an act, practice or request— (a) specified in the complaint; (b) that has been done or engaged in, or is being done or engaged in, by the relevant credit reporting agency specified in the complaint; (c) that relates to credit information of which the person is the customer; and (d) that may be a contravention of the provisions of this Act, including any codes of practice.

Aduan

Mana-mana orang atau orang yang berkaitan boleh membuat aduan secara bertulis kepada Pendaftar mengenai sesuatu perbuatan, amalan atau permintaan— (a) yang dinyatakan dalam aduan itu; (b) yang telah dilakukan atau dibuat, atau yang sedang dilakukan atau dibuat, oleh agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan yang dinyatakan dalam aduan itu; (c) yang berhubungan dengan maklumat kredit yang mengenainya orang itu merupakan pelanggan; dan (d) yang mungkin melanggar peruntukan Akta ini, termasuk mana-mana tataamalan.
