The Registrar may, on his own initiative or on the application of a relevant credit reporting agency, vary or cancel an enforcement notice served under subsection 39(1) by notice in writing to the relevant credit reporting agency if the Registrar is satisfied with the action taken by the relevant credit reporting agency to remedy the contravention.
Pengubahan atau pembatalan notis penguatkuasaan
Pendaftar boleh, atas inisiatifnya sendiri atau atas permohonan suatu agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan, mengubah atau membatalkan suatu notis penguatkuasaan yang disampaikan di bawah subseksyen 39(1) melalui notis bertulis kepada agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan jika Pendaftar berpuas hati dengan tindakan yang diambil oleh agensi pelaporan kredit yang berkaitan untuk meremedi pelanggaran itu.
