s 41 Authorized officers
The Registrar may, either generally or in any particular case, in writing authorize any officer appointed under subsection 6(1) or 7(1) or any public officer to exercise the powers of enforcement under this Act.

Pegawai diberi kuasa
Pendaftar boleh, sama ada pada amnya atau dalam apa-apa hal tertentu, secara bertulis memberi kuasa kepada mana-mana pegawai yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 6(1) atau 7(1) atau mana-mana pegawai awam untuk menjalankan kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini.
