(1) The Registrar shall issue to each authorized officer an authority card which shall be signed by the Registrar. (2) Whenever the authorized officer exercises any of the powers of enforcement under this Act, he shall produce on demand to the person against whom the power is being exercised the authority card issued to him under subsection (1).
Kad kuasa
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan kepada setiap pegawai diberi kuasa suatu kad kuasa yang hendaklah ditandatangani oleh Pendaftar. (2) Bilamana pegawai diberi kuasa itu menjalankan mana-mana kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini, dia hendaklah apabila diminta menunjukkan kepada orang yang terhadapnya kuasa itu sedang dijalankan kad kuasa yang telah dikeluarkan kepadanya di bawah subseksyen (1).
