s 9 Register of Credit Reporting Agencies
(1) The Registrar shall establish and maintain a Register of Credit Reporting Agencies.
(2) The Register shall contain the names and addresses of all credit reporting agencies which have been registered under subsection 14(2) and any other particulars regarding such credit reporting agencies as may be determined by the Registrar.
(3) Subject to subsection (4), the Registrar shall make the Register available for inspection by the public, subject to such conditions as he may think fit.
(4) A person may on payment of the prescribed feeβ
(a) inspect the Register; or
(b) make a copy of or take extracts from an entry in the Register.

Daftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah mengadakan dan menyenggarakan suatu Daftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit.
(2) Daftar itu hendaklah mengandungi nama dan alamat semua agensi pelaporan kredit yang telah didaftarkan di bawah subseksyen 14(2) dan apa-apa butir lain yang berkenaan dengan agensi pelaporan kredit itu sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar.
(3) Tertakluk pada subseksyen (4), Pendaftar hendaklah menjadikan Daftar itu tersedia bagi pemeriksaan oleh orang awam, tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat yang difikirkannya patut.
(4) Seseorang boleh apabila membayar fi yang ditetapkanβ
(a) memeriksa Daftar itu; atau
(b) membuat salinan atau mengambil cabutan daripada suatu entri dalam Daftar itu.
