s 1 Short title, commencement and application

(1) This Act may be cited as the Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette. (3) This Act applies to Peninsular Malaysia.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat 2010. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta. (3) Akta ini terpakai bagi Semenanjung Malaysia.
