s 11 Vacation of office
The office of a member of the Commission shall be vacated—
(a) if he dies;
(b) if he has been convicted of an offence;
(c) if he becomes a bankrupt;
(d) if he is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties;
(e) in the case of the Chairman, if he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Commission without leave in writing from the Minister; or
(f) in the case of a member of the Commission other than the Chairman, if he absents himself from three consecutive
meetings of the Commission without leave in writing from the Chairman.

Pengosongan jawatan
Jawatan seseorang anggota Suruhanjaya hendaklah menjadi kosong—
(a) jika dia mati;
(b) jika dia telah disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan;
(c) jika dia menjadi bankrap;
(d) jika dia tidak sempurna akal atau selainnya tidak berupaya untuk menunaikan kewajipannya;
(e) dalam hal Pengerusi, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Suruhanjaya tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Menteri; atau
(f) dalam hal seseorang anggota Suruhanjaya selain Pengerusi, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Suruhanjaya tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Pengerusi.
