Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010 s 33

The Commission may, from time to time, borrow in such form and on such terms as may be approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, any money required by the Commission for meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its duties.
Kuasa untuk meminjam
Suruhanjaya boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, meminjam dalam apa-apa bentuk dan atas apa-apa terma yang diluluskan oleh Menteri dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, apa-apa wang yang diperlukan oleh Suruhanjaya bagi memenuhi mana-mana obligasinya atau bagi menunaikan mana-mana kewajipannya.
