Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010 s 38

s 38 Prosecution

(1) A prosecution for any offence under this Act shall not be instituted except by or with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor. (2) Any employees of the Commission authorized in writing by the Public Prosecutor may conduct the prosecution for any offence under this Act.

Pendakwaan

(1) Suatu pendakwaan bagi mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini tidak boleh dimulakan kecuali oleh atau dengan keizinan secara bertulis daripada Pendakwa Raya. (2) Mana-mana pekerja Suruhanjaya yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh Pendakwa Raya boleh menjalankan pendakwaan bagi mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
