s 44 Power to make regulations
The Minister may make regulations as may be expedient or necessary for giving full effect or the better carrying out of the provisions of the Act.

Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan yang suai manfaat atau perlu untuk melaksanakan sepenuhnya Akta ini atau untuk melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
