Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 137
s 137 Notice of winding up proceedings by persons other than Corporation
Where a petition for the winding up of an insurer member is presented by a person other than the Corporation, that person—
(a) shall give to the Corporation notice of all proceedings relating to the petition, including proceedings under sections 492, 493, 494, 502 and 510 and subsection 486(2) of the Companies Act 2016; and
(b) shall deliver to the Corporation copies of the documents and records relating to the proceedings at the same time as they are lodged with the High Court or served on any party to the proceedings.

Notis prosiding penggulungan oleh orang selain Perbadanan
Jika suatu petisyen bagi penggulungan suatu anggota penanggung insurans dikemukakan oleh seorang selain Perbadanan, orang itu—
(a) hendaklah memberi Perbadanan notis mengenai semua prosiding yang berhubungan dengan petisyen itu, termasuklah prosiding di bawah seksyen 492, 493, 494, 502 dan 510 dan subseksyen 486(2) Akta Syarikat 2016; dan
(b) hendaklah menyerahkan kepada Perbadanan salinan dokumen dan rekod yang berhubungan dengan prosiding pada masa yang sama ia diserah simpan dengan Mahkamah Tinggi atau disampaikan kepada mana-mana pihak kepada prosiding itu.
