Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 138
In the winding up of an insurer member, the liquidator shall submit to the Corporation— (a) a copy of the reports referred to in section 485 of the Companies Act 2016 at the same time as he submits them to the Court; (b) a copy of the documents referred to in subsection 514(1) of the Companies Act 2016 at the same time as he submits it to the Official Receiver; and (c) such other documents as the Corporation may specify.
Laporan dan akaun pelikuidasi
Dalam penggulungan suatu anggota penanggung insurans, pelikuidasi hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Perbadanan— (a) suatu salinan laporan yang disebut dalam seksyen 485 Akta Syarikat 2016 pada masa yang sama dia mengemukakannya kepada Mahkamah; (b) suatu salinan dokumen yang disebut dalam subseksyen 514(1) Akta Syarikat 2016 pada masa yang sama dia mengemukakannya kepada Pegawai Penerima; dan (c) apa-apa dokumen lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Perbadanan.
