s 150 Application of provisions in respect of member institution
(1) Where a stabilisation coverage is provided in respect of a prescribed person, all of the provisions of this Act that are applicable to a member institution shall apply to a prescribed person.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1)β
(a) paragraph 14(1)(b) shall not apply to an officer of a prescribed person;
(b) Chapter 2 of Part IV and Chapter 2 of Part V shall not apply to a prescribed person; and
(c) a prescribed person shall not hold itself out to be a member institution and section 192 shall apply to such person.

Pemakaian peruntukan berkenaan dengan institusi anggota
(1) Jika suatu perlindungan penstabilan diperuntukkan berkenaan dengan orang yang ditetapkan, kesemua peruntukan Akta
ini yang terpakai bagi suatu institusi anggota hendaklah terpakai bagi orang yang ditetapkan.
(2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1)β
(a) perenggan 14(1)(b) tidaklah terpakai bagi seorang pegawai orang yang ditetapkan;
(b) Bab 2 Bahagian IV dan Bab 2 Bahagian V tidaklah terpakai bagi orang yang ditetapkan; dan
(c) orang yang ditetapkan tidak boleh mengemukakan dirinya sebagai suatu institusi anggota dan seksyen 192 hendaklah terpakai bagi orang itu.
