Any fee, premium or levy in respect of stabilisation coverage shall be deemed to be fully earned when payable and shall not be refundable.

Apa-apa fi, premium atau levi berkenaan dengan perlindungan penstabilan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai terperoleh sepenuhnya apabila kena dibayar dan tidak boleh dibayar balik.
