Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 152
Where a stabilisation coverage is provided to a member institution, section 51 or 75 may be applied by the Corporation if in the opinion of the Corporation, the member institution has failed or fails to maintain proper deposit or takaful or insurance benefit records or has misrepresented, whether by act or omission, any information used as a basis for the assessment of any fee, premium or levy.
Perluasan pemakaian seksyen 51 atau 75
Jika suatu perlindungan penstabilan diperuntukkan kepada suatu institusi anggota, seksyen 51 atau 75 boleh digunakan oleh Perbadanan jika pada pendapat Perbadanan, institusi anggota itu telah tidak atau tidak menyenggara rekod deposit atau manfaat takaful atau insurans yang sepatutnya atau institusi anggota itu membuat salah nyataan, melalui apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan, mengenai apa-apa maklumat yang digunakan sebagai asas bagi pentaksiran apa-apa fi, premium atau levi.
