Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 154
Where any fee, premium, levy or surcharge due and payable under this Part has not been paid by a member institution or a prescribed person, on the due date, the unpaid amount shall, without further notice being served on the member institution or the prescribed person be increased by a sum as may be determined by the Minister.
Caj lampau tempoh
Jika apa-apa fi, premium, levi atau surcaj yang terhutang dan kena dibayar di bawah Bahagian ini belum dibayar oleh suatu institusi anggota atau orang yang ditetapkan pada tarikh ia kena dibayar, amaun yang belum dibayar itu hendaklah, tanpa notis lanjutan disampaikan kepada institusi anggota atau orang yang ditetapkan itu, dinaikkan ke suatu jumlah yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
