s 16 Remuneration and allowances for directors
Every director including alternate director shall be paid by the Corporation such fees, allowances and any other remuneration as may be determined by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board.

Tiap-tiap pengarah termasuklah pengarah silih ganti hendaklah dibayar oleh Perbadanan apa-apa fi, elaun dan apa-apa saraan lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri, atas syor Lembaga.
