Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 199
s 199 Additional monetary punishment
Where a person has been convicted of an offence under this Act, the court may, where it is satisfied that as a result of the commission of the offence the convicted person acquired a monetary benefit or that monetary benefit accrued to the benefit of such person, order the convicted person to pay, notwithstanding the maximum amount of any fine that may otherwise be imposed under this Act, an additional fine in an amount equal to the court’s estimation of the amount of the monetary benefit.

Jika seseorang telah disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, mahkamah boleh, jika ia berpuas hati bahawa sebagai akibat
daripada pelakuan kesalahan itu orang yang disabitkan itu memperoleh suatu faedah kewangan atau bahawa suatu faedah kewangan telah terakru kepada orang itu, memerintahkan orang yang disabitkan itu untuk membayar, walau apa pun amaun maksimum mana-mana denda yang selainnya boleh dikenakan di bawah Akta ini, suatu denda tambahan dalam suatu amaun yang sama dengan anggaran mahkamah mengenai amaun faedah kewangan itu.
