Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 200
If a person does not comply with any provision of this Act that applies in respect of such person, the Corporation may apply to a High Court for an order directing such person to comply with or restraining such person from acting in breach of the provision and, on the application, the court may so order and make any further order it thinks fit.
Perintah pematuhan atau penyekatan
Jika seseorang tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini yang terpakai berkenaan dengan orang itu, Perbadanan boleh memohon kepada Mahkamah Tinggi untuk suatu perintah mengarahkan orang itu supaya mematuhi atau menyekat orang itu daripada bertindak melanggar peruntukan itu dan, atas permohonan itu, mahkamah boleh memerintahkan sedemikian dan membuat apaapa perintah selanjutnya yang difikirkannya patut.
