Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 203
s 203 Submission of information to Bank Negara Malaysia
Bank Negara Malaysia is entitled to all information obtained by or produced for the Corporation, whether in the course of conducting an examination, inspection or otherwise, regarding the business and affairs of a member institution or any of its related or associated corporations or of any person dealing with the member institution or any of its related or associated corporations, that relates to the safety and soundness or the operations, of the member institution.

Bank Negara Malaysia berhak kepada semua maklumat yang didapati oleh atau dikemukakan kepada Perbadanan, sama ada semasa menjalankan suatu pemeriksaan, penelitian atau selainnya, berkenaan dengan urusan dan hal ehwal institusi anggota atau mana-mana
perbadanan yang berkaitan atau bersekutu dengannya atau mana-mana orang yang berurusan dengan institusi anggota itu atau mana-mana perbadanan yang berkaitan atau bersekutu dengannya, yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan dan kekukuhan atau pengendalian, institusi anggota itu.
