Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 58
For the avoidance of doubt, the Corporation may exercise its discretion in respect of section 56 or 57 to make any payment or part payment to any depositor in respect of any deposit insured by the Corporation, in advance of payments to any other depositors.
Bayaran pendahuluan
Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, Perbadanan boleh menggunakan budi bicaranya berkenaan dengan seksyen 56 atau 57 untuk membuat apa-apa bayaran atau bayaran sebahagian kepada mana-mana pendeposit berkenaan dengan apa-apa deposit yang diinsuranskan oleh Perbadanan, mendahului bayaran kepada mana-mana pendeposit lain.
