Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 59
(1) The date for computing the amount of an obligatory payment by the Corporation shall be the date of the filing of the petition for winding up. (2) The date for computing the amount of a discretionary payment under section 57 shall be the date when any of the events referred to in section 57 first occurs.
Tarikh mengira liabiliti
(1) Tarikh bagi mengira amaun bayaran wajib oleh Perbadanan hendaklah pada tarikh pemfailan petisyen penggulungan. (2) Tarikh bagi mengira amaun bayaran budi bicara di bawah seksyen 57 hendaklah pada tarikh mana-mana kejadian yang disebut dalam seksyen 57 itu pertama kali berlaku.
