Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 74
Unless the Corporation otherwise agrees in any particular case, no levy payment or levy surcharge payment owing to the Corporation by an insurer member shall be discharged, reduced or otherwise adjusted by reason of any claim that the insurer member may have against the Corporation.
Tiada tolakan berkenaan dengan anggota penanggung insurans
Melainkan jika Perbadanan bersetuju sebaliknya dalam mana-mana hal tertentu, tiada pembayaran levi atau surcaj levi yang terhutang kepada Perbadanan oleh anggota penanggung insurans boleh dilepaskan, dikurangkan atau selainnya diselaraskan oleh sebab apa-apa tuntutan anggota penanggung insurans terhadap Perbadanan.
