Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 s 28
(1) The Assistant Controller shall have access at all times, to any places or premises where any business is carried out for the purpose of collecting or monitoring the prices of goods or charges for services. (2) The Assistant Controller in accessing the places or premises under subsection (1) may bring with him any authorized officer as he thinks necessary for the due administration of this Act.
Akses kepada tempat atau premis
(1) Penolong Pengawal pada bila-bila masa hendaklah mempunyai akses kepada mana-mana tempat atau premis di mana apa-apa perniagaan dijalankan bagi maksud mengumpul atau memantau harga barangan atau caj bagi perkhidmatan. (2) Penolong Pegawal dalam memasuki tempat atau premis di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh membawa mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa sebagaimana yang difikirkan perlu bagi pentadbiran wajar Akta ini.
