The Controller may, with the approval of the Minister, by order published in the Gazette, determine the maximum, minimum or fixed charges for— (a) any services; (b) any particular class or classes of services; and (c) any unit or quantity of any services.
Kuasa Pengawal untuk menentukan caj bagi perkhidmatan
Pengawal boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menentukan caj maksimum, minimum atau tetap bagi— (a) apa-apa perkhidmatan; (b) apa-apa kelas atau kelas-kelas tertentu perkhidmatan; dan (c) apa-apa unit atau kuantiti apa-apa perkhidmatan.
