s 4 Power of the Controller to determine prices of goods

The Controller may, with the approval of the Minister, by order published in the Gazette, determine the maximum, minimum or fixed price for the manufacturing, producing, wholesaling or retailing of— (a) any goods; (b) any particular class or classes of goods; and (c) any unit or quantity of any goods, which may include charges for any service in relation to the supply, delivery, repair, maintenance, packing, carriage or storage of such goods.

Kuasa Pengawal untuk menentukan harga barangan

Pengawal boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menentukan harga maksimum, minimum atau tetap bagi pembuatan, pengeluaran, pemborongan atau peruncitan— (a) apa-apa barangan; (b) apa-apa kelas atau kelas-kelas tertentu barangan; dan (c) apa-apa unit atau kuantiti apa-apa barangan, yang boleh termasuk caj bagi apa-apa perkhidmatan yang berhubungan dengan pembekalan, penghantaran, pembaikan, penyenggaraan, pembungkusan, pembawaan atau penyimpanan barangan itu.
