Food Analysts Act 2011 s 19
(1) Registration under this Act shall be effected by entering in the Register the applicant’s particulars as prescribed upon payment of the prescribed fee. (2) Where a person is registered under this Act, the Council shall cause to be issued to him a certificate of registration under the hand of the Chairman.
Cara pendaftaran
(1) Pendaftaran di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dilaksanakan dengan mencatatkan dalam Daftar butir-butir pemohon sebagaimana yang ditetapkan apabila fi yang ditetapkan dibayar. (2) Jika seseorang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini, Majlis hendaklah menyebabkan supaya dikeluarkan kepadanya suatu perakuan pendaftaran yang ditandatangani oleh Pengerusi.
