Food Analysts Act 2011 s 29
(1) Where the name of a registered food analyst has been removed from the Register, he may apply for his name to be restored in the Register on the ground that by reason of a specified change in circumstances that had occurred since the date of the removal it is just that his name be so restored. (2) The Council may, in its discretion, upon application made to it, order that the name of the applicant be restored in the Register.
Kemasukan semula nama dalam Daftar
(1) Jika nama seseorang juruanalisis makanan berdaftar telah dipotong dari Daftar, dia boleh memohon supaya namanya dimasukkan semula ke dalam Daftar atas alasan bahawa oleh sebab suatu perubahan tertentu dalam hal keadaan yang telah berlaku sejak tarikh pemotongan itu adalah adil namanya dimasukkan semula sedemikian. (2) Majlis boleh, mengikut budi bicaranya, apabila permohonan dibuat kepadanya, memerintahkan supaya nama pemohon itu dimasukkan semula ke dalam Daftar.
