Food Analysts Act 2011 s 28
If the Council is satisfied that a registered food analyst is deceased or has voluntarily deregistered himself as a food analyst, the Council shall cause his name and all particulars relating to him to be removed from the Register.
Perubahan pada Daftar
Jika Majlis berpuas hati bahawa seseorang juruanalisis makanan berdaftar telah mati atau secara sukarela membatalkan pendaftarannya sebagai seorang juruanalisis makanan, Majlis itu hendaklah menyebabkan supaya namanya dan semua butir yang berkaitan dengannya dipotong daripada Daftar.
