s 3 Functions, powers and duties of the Bank
(1) The Bank shall have all the functions and powers conferred, and the duties imposed on it by this Act, and the same shall be in addition to those conferred or imposed under the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 [Act 701].
(2) For the purpose of this Act, the Governor shall perform the functions of the Bank on its behalf.
(3) The Bank may authorize an employee or an officer of the Bank or any other person to perform any or all of the functions, exercise any of the powers or discharge any of the duties of the Bank under this Act.

Fungsi, kuasa dan kewajipan Bank
(1) Bank hendaklah mempunyai segala fungsi dan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya, dan kewajipan yang dikenakan ke atasnya oleh Akta ini, dan fungsi, kuasa dan kewajipan itu ialah tambahan kepada fungsi, kuasa dan kewajipan yang telah diberikan atau dikenakan di bawah Akta Bank Negara Malaysia 2009 [Akta 701].
(2) Bagi maksud Akta ini, Gabenor hendaklah melaksanakan fungsi Bank bagi pihaknya.
(3) Bank boleh memberi kuasa seseorang pekerja atau seseorang pegawai Bank atau mana-mana orang lain untuk melaksanakan mana-mana atau kesemua fungsi, menjalankan mana-mana kuasa atau menunaikan mana-mana kewajipan Bank di bawah Akta ini.
