National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 47

s 47 Penalty in the case of a repeated offence

Any person convicted of an offence under this Act shall, in the case of a repeated offence, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

Penalti dalam hal kesalahan berulang

Mana-mana orang yang disabitkan dengan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini boleh, dalam hal suatu kesalahan yang berulang, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun.
