National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 7
(1) The Secretary shall be responsible— (a) to manage the affairs of the Council; (b) to implement the decisions of the Council; and (c) to carry out any other duties as directed by the Council. (2) The Secretary shall, in carrying out his responsibilities, act under the power and direction of the Council.
Setiausaha
(1) Setiausaha hendaklah bertanggungjawab— (a) untuk menguruskan hal ehwal Majlis; (b) untuk melaksanakan keputusan Majlis; dan (c) untuk menjalankan apa-apa kewajipan lain sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Majlis. (2) Setiausaha hendaklah, dalam menjalankan tanggungjawabnya, bertindak di bawah kuasa dan arahan Majlis.
