National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 8
(1) The members of the Council shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years and may be reappointed. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the members of the Council appointed under paragraphs 5(1)(c) and (d) shall hold office until the appointment is revoked under subsection 10(1).
Tempoh jawatan
(1) Anggota Majlis hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun dan layak dilantik semula. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(1)(c) dan (d) hendaklah memegang jawatan sehingga pelantikan itu dibatalkan di bawah subseksyen 10(1).
