Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 22

s 22 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The appointment of any member of the Advisory Council under section 20 may be revoked by the Minister. (2) A member of the Advisory Council may, at any time, resign his office by giving written notice addressed to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan

(1) Pelantikan mana-mana anggota Majlis Penasihat di bawah seksyen 20 boleh dibatalkan oleh Menteri. (2) Seseorang anggota Majlis Penasihat boleh, pada bila-bila masa, meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis bertulis kepada Menteri.
